With a beautiful above the tree views of Rye and glimpses of the beautiful Rye foreshore, this lovely property is perfectly suited for two families.

Entering via the downstairs level is an large open plan living, dining and kitchen (without Stove) area.  There is a master bedroom and seperate toilet.

To access the upstairs area, you do need to access via the internal staircase however, once you are on the second level, you have a fabulous entertaining area.

With the length of the wall all being glass, you have such a lovely treed view.

There is a small but perfectly functional kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms.  All rooms have ceiling fans.

In addition, there are two tv's and wifi. One for upstairs and one downstairs which is suited to those with teens.

The large, lush back yard, with a bbq and outdoor setting under the Moonah trees is a lovely cool area to enjoy and relax.

Please note that there is off street parking for two cars (the garage is not available) and you are right around the corner from the famous "The Pantry" known for its delicious home cooked items and great coffee.

You are required to bring your own linen and towels.
