Rye Beachside Unit – 20 meters from the beach and pet friendly

This fabulous unit is only meters from the Rye Foreshore and only a short stroll from the Rye town ship.

Being the front unit in a two unit block, you are assured complete privacy without door awnings and double blinds inside.

Stepping inside, to the left there is a lounge/bedroom with sofa bed (please note – there are no doors to this area).

You then have the open plan, living, dining and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. You are able to exit this area through the glass sliding door, complete with a great mesh security door to enter the outdoor back yard and lovely grassed area. There is shelter here so you can enjoy this area no matter what the weather.  This is a great area for your pet and whilst we are pet friendly, please ensure that your pets do not stay inside the property.

The back yard has large double gates so that you can park a boat, car or jet ski in this area and there is also another door where you can access the back yard.  

This is very handy as you can enter the property via the laundry area where there is another bathroom and shower which is perfect for rinsing sand rather than taking through the carpet in the main area.

Inside the unit, there is a good sized bedroom with an en suite which is light and bright.

As part of the property, there is another room which originally was part of the garage.

This offers another bedroom and there is an adjoining bathroom/laundry.  The central cooling is not in this area however, there is a pedestal fan and if you leave the door open, you should be able to receive part of the cooling from the main house.

Featuring central air conditioning and heating (other than the third room), you will have the most enjoyable stay.

Please also note that you can park at the front of the property but not in the driveway.

You are also required to bring linen and towels during your stay.
